Celebrate a meeting with God

Baba says, “The children who go into God’s lap experience the celebration of an auspicious meeting. You know that the confluence age is the age to celebrate a meeting with God.

After being separated from my Beloved Father for a long, long time, I am once again reunited with Him at this most auspicious confluence age. I had been thirsting for just a drop of His true, selfless love and now I have a chance to experience the whole Ocean of Love. I don’t want to settle for less, I want to drink up the whole ocean. In other words, I want nothing and no one to break my connection with the Father, I want to celebrate a constant, loving meeting with God.

Those who are safe from Maya become the Father’s children.“, says Baba. In other words, in order to celebrate an unbroken meeting with the Father, I first have to burn all the old sanskars and old memories in the fire of yoga. Until I burn them, I will keep getting interrupted by them. I will be influenced by what he/she said about me, or did/did not do. I will get stuck in ‘why do I have to die’, that is, tolerate all the time when others seem to get away with whatever they say/do. I will feel insulted, jealous, will compete with others, will get back into the chase because of the desire to win. I will try to remember Baba and that old grudge that I’d been holding onto will come up on the screen of my mind. My intellect will keep getting pulled toward the one I dislike or am attracted to. I will try to remember the Father and the person’s face will come in front of me. “Maya has different faces to trap you. Maya has a very good, large shop. She adopts whatever form she wants at any time, and whether you knowingly or unknowingly become trapped in that, it will take you a long time to extricate yourself from it.“, explains Baba. When that connection is broken, I feel frustrated, guilty, disheartened and want to shut myself down. It feels as if I’ve become distant from the Father, as if I’ve been away again for a long time. “To waste a second of the confluence age means to waste a year, not just a second.”, explains Baba.

And so the sequence is: First to burn, then to celebrate, and then to have an auspicious meeting.

Once I burn the sanskars and memories, I then celebrate through being colored by the color of His company. When I am colored by His company, I become like Him, I imbibe His virtues and powers in myself. Then, I see every soul of the world as part of God’s family, as my family. I have good wishes towards all souls, naturally and automatically. Therefore, I always continue to celebrate an auspicious meeting with others. Even if someone’s behavior is like that of an enemy or has devilish sanskars, rather than question, complain, sulk, or run, I will have the power to transform them by sprinkling them too with drops of God’s color. Rather than see their behavior, I see the Father before me, I hear His shrimat. That instantly changes my vision to seeing the soul as God’s child, a brother soul. This loving meeting with good wishes enables those souls too to forget the old things. They too become enthusiastic.

When a situation comes, I don’t become afraid and worry. I don’t get into “Why did this happen to me? How did this happen?” etc. By being colored in the Father’s company, I too am now trikaldarshi like Him and so I know the answers in advance. I settled something or am learning something to move forward on my journey. It’s nothing new! I don’t become confused by anything, I become victorious by putting a full-stop.

So first I burn, then I celebrate, that is, I become like the Father and then I am able to celebrate an auspicious meeting with Him. I swing in the swings of super-sensuous joy of the attainments from the Father. I experience His constant companionship, and I have all my relationships with Him. All the children have a relationship with the Father, all have love for Him but now along with relationship, there has to be practice, teaches Baba. Practice of paying attention so as to burn the old sanskars with determination, attention of applying a full-stop. This is called taking God’s lap, that is, truly surrendering myself to Him by becoming His child. The Father says: “The children who go into God’s lap experience the celebration of an auspicious meeting. You know that the confluence age is the age to celebrate a meeting with God. You children meet God personally at this time. Throughout the whole cycle, no one else can ever celebrate a personal meeting.
