Baba says, “Everything the Father tells you is new for the new world.“
The Father comes at the confluence age when the world is hell and His children are in sorrow. This is not the world I created, He clarifies and you are not supposed to be living like this. I created heaven, He explains and then, you were masters of that heaven. I have come to transform this old world and make it new again, He says. The way He creates the new world is by renewing souls. When I become new, the world will also become new automatically. It is because He transforms souls and makes them from beggars into princes, from unrighteous to righteous, from worshippers to worship-worthy, that He is called the Creator. It isn’t that He creates souls or the world from scratch, rather, He transforms, He makes the old, new again.
“Do you experience this newness in your life?“, asks Baba. “Do you have a thought for newness? You have to have a thought for newness in these three special things: thoughts, sanskars and relationships“, He teaches. For my thoughts and sanskars to be new means they become elevated. Whilst having a new birth and life, the old thoughts, sanskars and relationships cannot still remain. “If there is even the slightest trace of the old still remaining in any of these three things, that trace will deprive you of all attainment and happiness of a new life, a new age, new relationships and new sanskars.“, He explains.
Indeed, I experience this and even relate this to BapDada in my heart-to-heart conversations during Amritvela. I say: “Baba, I have become a Brahmin, I have stepped away from being a shudra. Howver, the special experiences I ought to be having of the greatness and specialty of Brahmin life, of all the most elevated attainments, of supersensuous joy, of a double-light angelic life, I don’t experience them as much.” I experience these things sometimes and so I have tasted it and know the sweetness of it. I want to experience it all the time but I lose it, I let it slip away after just a short time.
The main reason that I don’t experience Brahmin life is because my vision is always of looking at others (par drishti), of thinking about others (par chintan) and I get engrossed in other people’s business (par panch). Now, He says, become spinners of self-realization. By paying attention to the self, paying attention to others will end. Then, He says, I will automatically experience every day to be a new day, I will experience having a new life. new thoughts and new sanskars. The pure enthusiasm and love for the Father and for the Brahmin family will automatically continue to emerge in my mind at every moment. So the key is not to mix anything of the old life into the new life. New means to not have any mixture. “The Father has drawn the lines of the code of conduct for your Brahmin life or Brahmin birth and it is all new. Everything you do“, He explains, “has to be according to this code.“
When I become new, others experience this newness from me. Often I wonder and even ask Baba: “Baba, what new service can we do?” To have more conferences and melas, that’s all too common, He points out. People are tired of these old ways and activities. Everyone wants something new to happen. They are unable to understand what newness there should be or how it should take place. “Give an experience of the sparkle of newness through this new knowledge and new life to those who desire some newness.”, He teaches. In order to fulfill their desire, put the practical example of a new life in front of them in a practical way through which they can experience a new sparkle. Therefore, reveal the new knowledge. “When newness is experienced through the life of every Brahmin, the world will be able to have a glimpse of the new world.“, explains Baba. Whatever programs you have, aim to let everyone experience newness. Instead of them remarking: “This too is a good task”, let them have the experience that this new knowledge is what will bring about the new world. Spread the wave of experiencing the establishment of the new world. “The new world is about to come, that is, the time for all of us to receive the fruit of our good wishes has come”- let such zeal and enthusiasm be created in their mind. In place of hopelessness, ignite lamps of good wishes in them, He says. Celebrate such a new beginning. Give everyone the gift of the fruit of elevated feelings. This, is newness in service. Therefore, Baba cautions, everything depends on how you study.
