Baba says, “The practical proof of truth is divinity on your face and in your activity.”

Right at birth, I received a divine life; I received the nature of God, my Mother and Father – one who has divine thoughts, speaks divine words and performs divine actions. “Divinity is the elevated decoration of you children of the confluence age“, says Baba. One is being ordinary and the other is to be divine; they are mutually exclusive.

The signs of divinity are that a divine soul will give any soul divine experiences, beyond ordinariness, through their divine eyes, that is, through their vision. As soon as ordinary souls come in front of such souls, they forget their ordinariness. Nowadays, Baba points out, most souls are discontent with their ordinary life. They say that to live ordinarily is not a life worth living, even birds and animals do that; they eat, drink…just exist. People want some newness, they want to feel fulfilled. And so just as someone thirsty will look everywhere for even a drop of water, in the same way, people who want to be fulfilled will look everywhere for answers, says Baba. What they need is divinity but in order to be able to guide them to it, I first need to be full of divinity myself. “Do you experience divinity at every moment or are you sometimes ordinary and sometimes divine?“, asks Baba.

Since the Father has given me the gift of a divine vision and a divine intellect, ordinary things cannot enter a divine intellect, He points out. Brahmins who have taken a divine birth cannot perform ordinary actions with their bodies, even if those actions appear to people to be ordinary. Maybe I’m cleaning the dishes or the floor, maybe I’m preparing meals, maybe I have a business or a job – whatever the action or task might be, however ordinary it might seem, when I have divinity in me, even the most ordinary task does service. My presence changes an ordinary or negative atmosphere into a divine atmosphere. When someone sees me, they experience divinity through my vision and face, they feel inspired by the way I carry myself. “You Brahmins are trustees of all three- body, mind and wealth“, teaches Baba, “you cannot have ordinary thoughts, speak ordinary words or use your money for any ordinary work.” To be a trustee means that I use everything according to the shrimat of the Father, the Master.

The shrimat is: perform divine actions every moment. “Therefore check“, says Baba: “throughout the whole day, for how long were your words and actions ordinary and for how long were they divine and alokik?” Sometimes, some children become very innocent with this checking, says Baba. I think that throughout the day, I haven’t made any particular mistake, I haven’t had bad thoughts or spoken bad words. However, says Baba, did you check if you performed divine or alokik actions? This is important because ordinary actions and words are not accumulated. It isn’t a negative or a positive, it’s just….ordinary. The divine thoughts, words and actions of the present time are what are accumulated for the future. So don’t just be happy that you didn’t waste anything but check how much did you change into the best?

Many times, I think: I didn’t cause anyone sorrow today. True, says Baba. However, did you give happiness? You didn’t give sorrow, that makes your present good but by giving happiness, you accumulate, He explains. The children of the Bestower of Happiness accumulate in their account of happiness. Whoever comes into contact with you, a master bestower of happiness, should experience happiness at every step. This is known as divinity and being alokik. So now, let the checking also become deep (refined) from ordinary. At every moment, have the awareness that, in this one birth, you have to accumulate in your account for 21 births. So check all your accounts: How much did you accumulate with your body? How much did you accumulate with divine thoughts in your mind? How much wealth did you accumulate by using it for a divine task according to shrimat? Pay special attention to the account of accumulation because the time for accumulating is now, at no other time in the whole cycle is it possible. It is a different account for other souls but for you souls, it is: “if not now, then never”. So do not be innocent about this. Don’t become innocent with your old sanskars. In the present result, the account of accumulation is low, so pay attention to this. Increase your divinity.
