Baba says, “avoid allowing your heart to imbibe anything negative or wasteful.”

God has come to this physical plane at this time to perform the greatest task of world transformation. He has enlisted a handful of souls to help Him in this task; I am one of them. Am I engaged? or am I still caught up in myself? Most of my brothers and sisters are still stumbling in the darkness. They still live in fear, stress, anxiety, and worry. They still hustle as they try to belong, to fit into a world that only pushes them away. Their Father, our Father, is here, they don’t know it. They are calling out for Him, waiting for Him, He is here, they don’t know it. Our Father is counting on me to give them the message. Is this my only concern? or am I still my concern?

The fastest method of service is to spread vibrations through my attitude. Attitude is even faster than the fastest rocket, explains Baba. The entire atmosphere can be transformed for the better or worse through attitude. I can reach wherever I want and as many souls as I want sitting right where I am, through my attitude. My vision (drishti) is created based on my attitude (vritti) and the world (shrishti) is created based on my vision. “However, there is one thing that is creating an obstruction to your serving through your attitude“, observes Baba: vibrations.

Vibrations are spread through my attitude. So check, says Baba, do I have any negative vibrations in my attitude toward any soul? If I want to transform the atmosphere of the world, then if I have negative or wasteful vibrations for even one soul, then I won’t be able to transform the world, He explains. There will continue to be obstacles and as a result, transformation will take time. There won’t be any power in the atmosphere. There is power where there is unity, but when my attitude is: “He is always like that.”, “She will never change.”, then those are the vibrations that divide and they spread into the atmosphere. Sometimes, I even give knowledge to Baba: “Baba, You know how that soul is..”. Yes, what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong but, says Baba, “has the Father given you permission to keep that wrongness in your attitude?” It might be just the one soul for whom I have a negative attitude but for as long as I have it, I won’t be able spread vibrations into the atmosphere for world benefit. “Understand this very firmly”, teaches Baba. “No matter how much service you do, even if you give multiple lectures a day, teach the course, have yoga camps, you mustn’t have any negative vibration in your attitude for any soul.”

“Okay, that person is bad and makes many mistakes, and causes sorrow for many, but instead of becoming responsible for causing sorrow for that person, can you not become My helper and transform him? You mustn’t help him in making him responsible for giving sorrow, rather become a helper in helping him to transform himself. Don’t become his judge.” Even God doesn’t judge anyone, so then I certainly don’t need to. I need to be merciful. Father Brahma demonstrated mercy in a practical way. No matter what mistake a soul repeatedly made, Father Brahma gave all the children love and remembrance and always said to each child: Sweet child, sweet child…He never said that two or four were bitter and the rest were sweet! He was always merciful towards all souls. He became an ocean of forgiveness.

“In any case“, asks Baba, “by keeping negative feelings in your attitude towards anyone, do you benefit?” If there is benefit, then it’s worth doing but if there is no benefit, only distress, then when those feelings come up, Baba says, look in the mirror at that time. To imbibe into my attitude, anything that isn’t beneficial, is wrong, He points out, that attitude is reserved for world benefit. No, I don’t deny the wrong, I do notice when something is wrong but to imbibe it into my attitude is a different matter. When I do that, I experience a loss in myself in the form of a off-mood, waste thoughts and decreased power of remembrance. “Since you are those that are going to purify the elements“, Baba reminds me, “then remember that they are souls.” All three- attitude, vibrations and atmosphere are connected with the attitude being the foundation. If I am serious about helping reveal the Father to my brothers and sisters, then the fast method for that is to make my attitude positive towards the self and others. “Negative means rubbish, now make your attitude powerful“, He teaches, “Create powerful vibrations.“

The call of the present time is to make the atmosphere powerful because I know by experience that transformation through words and teachings take place at a very slow speed. It does take place but at a slow speed. “If you want a fast speed, the become knowledge-full, an embodiment of forgiveness, merciful and with good wishes and pure feelings, transform the atmosphere.“, He teaches. To create an atmosphere through vibrations is to put a stamp on the heart with a fast speed. The atmosphere is imprinted in their heart. Things they have heard can be forgotten but the atmosphere is imprinted on their heart and that cannot be forgotten. “So”, He says repeatedly, “make the atmosphere powerful.” Whether it is a center, or whether you live at home with your family, even then, let the atmosphere be powerful! If the atmosphere everywhere is completely free from obstacles and filled with mercy, good wishes and pure feelings, then revelation won’t take long. Put a full-stop to the past and become an ocean of mercy, become an ocean of forgiveness, teaches the Father. Don’t look at the situations – look at yourself! That’s all!
