Baba says, “There is of course the contrast between the Gita of Shiva and that of Krishna. By listening to the Gita from Trimurti God Shiva at the confluence age, you receive salvation.”
| The Gita of devotion | The Gita of this knowledge |
|---|---|
| They think Krishna spoke the Gita. | God Shiva speaks the Gita, the Krishna soul studies the Gita, becomes the embodiment of these teachings and claims sovereignty of the new world. He is therefore the creation of God, who is the Creator. |
| They think the Gita was spoken during the copper age. | God Shiva is speaking the Gita right now during this most auspicious confluence age of the cycles. Through the knowledge of the Gita, souls and the five elements are purified and the old iron aged world changes into the new golden aged world. If the Gita was spoken by God during the copper age, why did the world get worse rather than better? Why did the copper age descend into the iron age? |
| They think the Gita was spoken at the beginning of the Mahabharata war, in the middle of of a physical battlefield with armies on both sides. | God Shiva speaks the knowledge of the Gita at the beginning and through the course of the Mahabharata war. He is my Teacher who teaches me the knowledge and also the Guide who guides me at every step. This is also not a physical war being fought on a physical battlefield. This is an internal war that I, the soul, fight against the five vices. |
| They think the Gita was spoken in Sanskrit and is comprised of 18 chapters with 700 verses! This Gita was written by human beings. | The true Gita is not a religious text comprised of chapters and verses that one quotes. It is the knowledge of the Creator and the creation being revealed directly by God, the Ocean of Knowledge, at this time and is plainly spoken in Hindi. This Gita never becomes a scripture. |
| They do believe that God spoke the Gita but they think Krishna is God. | God explains that no human being can be called God. He is incorporeal and does not have a body of His own. So how the does He speak the knowledge? Through Brahma. Gita literally means- song sung by God. |
| Devotees have been reciting the Gita of devotion but have continued to descend for birth after birth; sorrow and peacelessness have only increased. The Gita of devotion, therefore, cannot be the true Gita spoken by God. | Only the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, speaks the true Gita, and through that, kingdom of Ravan or the five vices will end. When the vices are conquered, there is no more sorrow or peacelessness. There is salvation and liberation for 21 births, that is, I receive 100% purity, happiness and peace in the unshakeable and immovable golden-aged deity sovereignty. There is the stage of ascent for 21 births. |
| Devotees simply recite the Gita of devotion, they don’t necessarily apply the teachings into their lives. Therefore, there is no ascent, there is no transformation. | Here, God Himself becomes my Teacher and teaches me Raja Yoga and the knowledge of the Creator, creation and the cycle. He enables me to make effort and apply the teachings into my practical life. To the extent that I remember Him and follow His directions, there is transformation and I become liberated-in-life. |
| They believe the Mahabharata and Ramayana to be separate with the Gita connected only to the Mahabharata. | God explains that the Ramayana and the Mahabharata are connected. The kingdom of Ravan (the five vices) comes to an end through the Gita and the Mahabharata war. |
| They have many different scriptures on the path of devotion such as the Vedas, Upanishads and Puranas. People beat their heads over them! | Here, I receive liberation and salvation from the Father in a second! When I belong to the Father and take knowledge from Him, I definitely receive liberation-in-life. I will first go into liberation and then, however much effort I have made, accordingly, I will definitely go into liberation-in-life. Also, the true Gita spoken by God Shiva at this time should be called the true Shiva Purana. |
| They have created even larger volumes of the life stories of people. They have created so many volumes of the life story of Nehru when he died. | The Gita, relating volumes of Shiv Baba’s life story, should be the largest. However, the true Gita is very small because the Father only says one thing: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved. You must also understand the cycle; that’s all! |
| There are many interpretations of the Gita- they say the Gandhi Gita, the Tagore Gita, the Gyaneshwar Gita, the Ashtavakra Gita, etc. | Here, there is only one Gita that is directly related by God Himself. There are no further human interpretations or discourses or debates on this. |
| They believe that the Gita was spoken by Krishna to Arjuna. | This is not the story of just one Arjuna. God speaks the Gita to all His children through which they become the masters of heaven. |
| They think Rama is the Purifier | Because God Shiv purifies impure souls through the knowledge of the Gita, He is also called the Purifier. People incorrectly say: ‘Patit-Pavan Sita Ram (The Purifier is the Rama who belongs to Sita.)’ But Purifier doesn’t refer to King Rama who came during the silver age; it refers to God. Human beings cannot grant salvation to human beings. Only God purifies all souls, the nature and the elements and changes the whole world into heaven. I transform from an impure, iron-aged human being like a shell to a golden-aged, diamond-like, pure deity. This is his great mercy. He says: ‘Only I have taken this contract to purify the whole world, no human-being can do this task.’ |
