Baba says, “Become a lighthouse and show everyone the path.”
God comes to the world when there is an utter irreligiousness or lack of dharma and establishes the Adi Santan Devi Devata Dharma (Original eternal deity religion). Religion evokes negative emotions in today’s world given it has been a central reason for divisions within families, for wars amongst nations, for peacelessness all over. However, in reality, Dharma or religion should be the thing that binds us all together. Religion simply means the righteous way of living. At this point of time, there are no righteous human beings anywhere, no one knows what’s right or true. There are as many opinions about what’s right as there are people and therefore, there is fighting and quarreling. The deities of the golden age were righteous; in fact, their very praise is: Maryada Purushottam, completely righteous, most elevated human beings. How did they become that? Through studying Raja Yoga from God in their previous birth, that is, at this time.
This is the most auspicious confluence age; the time when the old world order comes to an end and the new world order is established. The old world comes to end when the residents of the old world fight amongst themselves; this is even related in the scriptures. Who establishes the new world order? God does along with His children. Indeed, I have the greatest privilege of becoming God’s helper at this time. I help Him by following His shrimat accurately and bringing about self-transformation. Self-transformation leads to world transformation. There are many in the world today who routinely address themselves and others as Shri so-and-so or Shrimati so-and-so but only the deities were truly Shri, that is righteous and the One who made them that way is the one Father, Shiv Baba, who is the only One who can be called Shri Shri.
People in the world have been calling out to God, Shiv Baba, to help them but they haven’t been able to verbalize what they want from Him. They haven’t been able to realize that what is needed is one kingdom with one religion or one dharma, that is, one set of rules. There is fighting and peacelessness when there are many conflicting rules and opinions. When there is one dharma that has the might of God within it, there is no more confusion or chaos; there is peace and happiness. “According to the drama, I make everyone happy.“, says Baba. “You understand that there will definitely be the original, eternal, deity religion in the golden age.” In other spiritual gatherings, human beings relate stories from the scriptures to other human beings. People listen and go back home to the same old ways and so sorrow and peacelessness continues. Here, God teaches me; this is a study.
He teaches me new knowledge that cannot be found in man made scriptures. He teaches me the right way to live because only He knows the right way. He starts by reminding me of who I am and Whose I am first. I am a soul, not the body; I am His child. He then gives me shrimat for every single aspect of my life- from what thoughts to think, what words to speak, how to behave, to what time to wake up and what time to go to bed, to my diet, entertainment and lifestyle. He teaches me everything anew. In the past, I had been taught to be selfish, to hustle and manipulate for success; God comes and redefines success. He teaches me to stop taking and start giving. In the past, I loved those who loved me back; I respected those who respected me. I was nice to those from whom I had something to gain. Now God teaches me to love unconditionally, without judgment. He teaches me that giving respect is to receive it. “No matter who comes, they should never leave empty-handed“, He teaches me. “Give them one or another virtue or power so that they leave transformed“, He says.
In other words, if someone comes by and insults me, I give them not an insult in return but rather, the co-operation of the power of tolerance. If someone does me wrong, I don’t get to avenge it or even stay bitter, I get to forgive and forget immediately. This is not denial, rather it is understanding the reality of the world I live in- a world with no dharma, a world full of orphans with no guidance. And so I realize that people will behave oddly, wrongly, clumsily and so if I want that to change, then complaining doesn’t help; Rather, I have to be the lighthouse to show them the way, teaches Baba. When they see new behavior- ability of remain calm in the midst of a crisis, tolerant when they are rude, an image of coolness when they are angry, respectful when they are anything but, humble in a world where egos are thrown around…when they experience this kind newness in me, that touches hearts. When they see a spiritual sparkle on my face, in my eyes and in my smile in a world where only physical personalities defined by appearance and social status are celebrated, when they receive real soul-conscious love in a world where they see only selfish love, they feel as if they have received a support for their life. This is called being a lighthouse. The world needs direction, I become the Father’s instrument to show the way.
But if I don’t take my responsibility seriously, then I allow myself to get lazy and careless. Then my language is: “I didn’t mean to get angry and say what I said, but it just happened…”, “I know I have no need to worry but the situation is so big that…”, “I know I have to be patient but some people just don’t understand…”. This kind of thinking, speaking and behaving makes me no different from others in the world. They already have fear, they don’t need to see more; they already have worry and stress, they don’t need more of it either. What they need to see is golden-aged behavior in an iron-aged world. That, is power or might. And I develop that power when I embody the light of knowledge that I receive from the Father. It’s easy enough to simply listen to and relate the knowledge to others; that’s common and has been going on since the copper age. However, the world has only descended, not ascended. It is said that knowledge is light and might but that is when I embody the knowledge and make it my dharna or dharma. That is why it is also said that religion is might.
While there are many religions in the world today, they all lack light or might because none of them are established by God; they are not based on His teachings. Only He is called Truth because only He knows the truth, only He knows the right way. He is showing it to me now, let me imbibe it. Today, religion has been reduced to being just doctrine or a set of rituals to follow. And when someone doesn’t follow everything exactly, religion judges and condemns. Innocent victims who equate religion with God then feel judged and condemned by God, by their own Father and so they dislike Him, they turn away from Him. This is the greatest disservice I can do to any soul- pushing them away from the only One who can uplift them.
Now the Father explains: The deity religion has disappeared. Not a single person knows that it was their kingdom. You study from the Father and become the highest on high at this most auspicious confluence age. A lighthouse is situated highest on high so that lost ships can see the light from far, far away and find their way back home. The higher I get in my dharna, that is, the more light I embody, the more useful I become because more souls benefit from my light and might. And so the Father says, “Become a lighthouse and show everyone the path.“
