The greatness of the confluence age

Baba says, “The children who eat the fruit from God, the imperishable fruit, the fruit filled with the sweetness of the love of all relationships at the confluence age will remain constantly free from the disease of Maya.

Baba is not the creator of the world but He is the One who transforms it, He clarifies. But He transforms it so completely that one wouldn’t be blamed if they thought He had created it anew. The world when He comes into it is hell and it is heaven by the time He leaves it. But while the lure of heaven is impossible to resist, the present time of the confluence of the old and the new world is unbeatable. It’s where I have liberation-in-life just like I would in heaven, it’s where I experience being carefree, and free from sorrow like I would in heaven except now, I’m actually aware of the transformation that is taking place. In fact, I am helping God bring about transformation! I was once living a life full of worry, sorrow and anxiety in the land of sorrow and now I live the life of a carefree emperor of the land free from sorrow. I have a completely new life. The sovereignty of the golden age is nothing compared to the sorrow-free sovereignty of the confluence age. To be a sovereign in a place where everything and everyone is always the best is not so interesting as to be a sovereign in a place and time when nothing and no one is at their best. This intoxication of the present attainment and the happiness is multimillion times higher, therefore, than that of the golden age.

While I will have all facilities and comforts there, while even nature is satopradhan, relationships are those that give happiness etc., what I won’t have there is the Father. He, all by Himself, makes this confluence age so much more elevated that the golden age could ever be.

  1. In the golden age, every day there will be natural music of the elements of nature that will wake me up. But here, the Master of Nature, God Himself wakes me up at amrit vela with the sweet music of ‘Child, sweet child!’ This music is so much greater than nature’s music in the golden age.
  2. There, I will eat various satopradhan, very delicious and juicy fruits straight from the trees. Here, I eat the instant fruit of all relationships that are filled with all attainments given to me by the Lord of the Tree. Those are fruits of the golden age while these are fruits of the diamond age.
  3. There, my parents will be great souls but here, God Himself is my Mother and Father! There, I will be looked after by maids and servants but here, I am being looked after by God Himself. Wah! my fortune, Wah! In devotion too, as a devotee, I had love and devotion but I lacked power. Why? because I had neither recognition nor elevated relationship. I had feelings of love, but they were filled with temporary desires. I still have love now but it is based on a close, intimate relationship. I therefore have power- the power of being a child with all rights and also the power of being an authority of experience. Previously, I considered myself the dust on God’s feet and begged Him for things, for help etc. Now those feelings of being a beggar have changed, the relationship has changed and I now have the faith and intoxication of being one who has all rights. This is the special Godly fruit, the imperishable fruit, the fruit filled with the sweetness of all powers, all virtues and the love of all relationships. I receive this fruit only now at this confluence age. If I don’t eat it now, I will not be able to eat it throughout the cycle. This is the fruit of God’s magic. When I eat this fruit, I change from iron to not just gold, but into something greater, a diamond. With this fruit, I can attain whatever I think about. I become constantly healthy and free from any illness of Maya, become free from sorrow, peacelessness and all obstacles. And I attain this fruit right at birth, that is, as soon as I belong to the Father.
  4. In the golden age, I will swing in the swings studded with jewels. But here, I experience the greatest swing of all- the swing of the Father’s lap. The loveliest swing for any child is the lap of its parents.
  5. There, I will play with others with jewels and toys. However, says Baba, “Here you can play constantly with Me in whatever form you want!” I can play with Baba as my Friend, or my Brother. I can play with Him as my Child or play with Him as His child. “You would never find such an imperishable toy anywhere else; a toy that will never break or crack. It doesn’t even cost you anything!
  6. There, I will sleep comfortably on mattresses, whereas here I sleep on the mattress of remembrance. There I go to the land of sleep, but at the confluence age, I can go to the subtle region with the Father.
  7. There, I will tour around that one land in my golden viman but now, I can tour around all three regions in the viman of my intellect.
  8. There, I will be the master of that one world, whereas here, I am the master of the three worlds.
  9. There, I will only have two eyes, here I also have a third eye.
  10. Now, at the confluence age, I am knowledge-full, powerful and blissful, there I will be a royal buddhu (innocent). I will be supremely worthy of being worshipped; I will be respected by all souls of the world but in terms of knowledge, there is a vast difference.
  11. Here I say: “Good morning” and “Good night” to the Father, whereas there it is just souls saying it to souls.

So, who is more elevated, asks Baba. Is it the Brahmins of the confluence age or the deities of the golden age?
