Baba says, “Constantly have pure feelings and no impure feelings of flu will then come close to you.”

When there is love for someone, then one cannot bear to see them in difficulty or having to labor for anything. The Father is the Ocean of Love. He comes to find His children from whom He had been separated for 5000 years. Even when a father meets his child after a few weeks or a few months, he runs towards the child, there are tears of joy. Here, the Father meets His long-lost children after a whole cycle of time! It is hard enough to know that Ravan snatched the kingdom of peace, joy and comfort from His children and caused them great difficulty. But to see His children continue to labor and struggle even after He is here is impossible to bear.

In Brahmin life, Baba says, there is no need to labor because the Father is here. He is not just my Father but also becomes my Teacher and gives me the knowledge of who I am, Whose I am and the cycle of time. So now, I know the truth of what has happened and what is now going on. So all my questions are answered. He is also my Satguru or Guide who gives me elevated directions at every step along the way. These directions when applied assure me success every time, without fail- it is 100% guaranteed. This is known as the blessing of elevated salvation by following the directions of the Satguru; it enables me to clain liberation and liberation-in-life right now. Yes, I will claim my sweet home and my sweet kingdom anyway but the instant success that I receive right now when I apply Shrimat, is special salvation that I only receive at this confluence age. This is why it is said: “As are the instructions you follow, so is the salvation you receive.” It’s an instant deal. I give with one hand and receive with another. I don’t make this deal, like devotees do, with the hope that I may receive a return at some point, rather, the Father says: “Take it now.” This is known as the Creator’s true love for His creation. No one else can give such true love throughout the whole cycle and no other children can be loved as much as this.

And so, it is but natural that the Father would feel mercy for the children who continue to labor. Someone who has received blessings, who has received the means to success never has to labor. The fortunate children who belong to the Teacher and Satguru who is the Bestower of Fortune always pass with honors. Neither do they fail nor do they feel anything wasteful.

There are two reasons, Baba observes, for having to labor. I either fail when I come up against any obstacle of Maya or while have connections and relationships with Brahmin souls or souls without this knowledge. In both cases, while doing anything, I begin to feel waste even over small matters, which is like the sickness of the flu. What happens through such flu? Firstly, there is shaking (shivering). There, it is the body that shakes and here, the stage of the soul shakes, the mind shakes and the mouth becomes bitter. I begin to speak bitter words through my lips. Then there are hot and cold flushes. Here too, when there is a bad feeling, there is anger inside and I feel hot: “Why did this one say this or do this?” This is my internal anger. “You have experienced this, haven’t you?“, asks the Father. What else happens? I don’t feel like eating or drinking. Here too, when I am told a good point of knowledge by someone, I cannot digest it. The result is, as it is in the case of the physical flu, weakness. Here too, the weakness lasts for some time. “And so“, says Baba, “neither fail nor feel bad about anything. BapDada gives you the most elevated directions. Follow them and become successful.”

“Have the pure feeling“, He teaches, “that“: I am an elevated soul out of multimillions. I am a deity soul, a great soul, a Brahmin soul. I am a soul with a special part. “Those who have this feeling will not have the flu of any waste feeling. Stay in this pure feeling.“, He teaches. “Where there are pure feelings, there cannot be impure feelings. You will then be protected from the flu, that is, you will become free from having to labor. You will experience yourself being constantly sustained by blessings, that you are flying ahead with blessings and that you are receiving success in the service you do with blessings.”

“Do you like to labor?“, asks Baba. “Or is it that the habit of laboring has become firm? Do you like to labor or is it better to stay in pleasure?” Some people don’t enjoy doing any other king of work other than the sort that requires labor. If such a person were to be offered a comfortable chair to sit on, they would respond with: “No, give me some hard work to do.” Similarly, here it is the labor of souls. Souls have become tired from laboring for 63 births. “You have been searching for 63 births, have you not?“, reminds the Father. “It does require hard work to search for someone, does it not? So you were already tired. You have already labored. Now stay in pleasure for at least this one birth. The 21 births are things of the future, but this one birth is special. You can now experience both having to labor and being in pleasure. There, in the future, you will have forgotten all these things. But now, you see and understand both. Choose pleasure. Have only pure feelings. Follow the direction and attain success.”
